What data, and why

If you fill in the catering form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us about your event: phone number, date, number of guests, location and your message. We use these solely to answer your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Article 6.1.b GDPR: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Who else sees your data

Only us. For the technical side we rely on two processors: Cloudflare (website hosting and spam protection) and Resend (delivering the email containing your request). They process your data solely on our instructions. We do not sell your data and we share it with no one else.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that you're human without tracking you across other websites and without setting cookies for advertising purposes. Your IP address is briefly processed to prevent abuse.

Cookies and statistics

This website sets no tracking cookies. We use neither Google Analytics nor Google Tag Manager. For visitor counts we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without storing personal data. That is also why you see no cookie banner on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep catering requests for as long as needed to handle them, and afterwards for as long as accounting obligations require if the request leads to a job. Requests that go nowhere are deleted within a year.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Just send us an email. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels — gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top.
