Every dish has its own pan, thoroughly cleaned after each use. So there is no cross-contamination between meat, fish and vegetarian.

Order ahead

Call or message us at the start of the market day, between 8 and 11. Then we know how much to cook and your paella will be waiting. You can order later, but once it's gone, it's gone.
